Dust

Even with protective measures such as floor runners and Zip Walls installed in your home, some dust is unavoidable during a remodeling project.

Our team and subcontractors perform daily clean-up to keep the work area as tidy as possible. However, fine dust may still make its way into other parts of your home. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to transform your space.

Disruption to Your Routine

Home remodeling can temporarily disrupt your daily routine. During your project, our crew, subcontractors, and delivery personnel will need access to your home.

We work hard to communicate clearly and regularly, keeping you informed about scheduling, work hours, and when our team will be on-site. Our goal is to minimize inconvenience while maintaining steady progress on your project.

Driveway & Parking

You may notice increased vehicle traffic during your remodeling project as materials are delivered and subcontractors arrive for scheduled work.

If vehicles need to be moved or parked elsewhere, please feel free to let us know. We want to ensure your comfort and convenience throughout the project.

Security Codes & Keys

Your privacy and home security are extremely important to us.

We carefully vet all employees and subcontractors, and require:

Liability Insurance
Worker’s Compensation coverage

If you choose to provide a temporary security code or house key for the duration of the project, we will never share this information with anyone else. All keys will be returned to you immediately upon completion of your remodel.

Manufacturing & Shipping Delays

Occasionally, manufacturing or shipping delays can occur. Unfortunately, these delays are outside the contractor’s control. When they happen, we will communicate with you promptly and keep you updated on the revised timeline.

Product Warranties

If homeowners choose to purchase their own materials or products for the remodeling project, we are unable to provide a contractor warranty on those items. Any warranties would need to be handled directly through the product manufacturer or supplier.
